Less than one week left until Election Day, Democrats!
Democrats have been on the ground calling, texting, and door-knocking to Get Out The Vote nationally this election season. These vital organizing efforts, along with historic DNC investments, are all in preparation to secure victories for Democrats and defeat MAGA extremists across the country on November 4.
Here’s what the DNC has been doing to prepare for next week’s elections, and how you can participate in one final push to Get Out The Vote this November.
DNC Organizing Efforts
Volunteers are at the core of our mission, doing on-the-ground work to ensure voters are informed and ready to take action this November. That’s why the Organizing Team has been working year-round to recruit, train, and deploy volunteers where their help is needed most. In the words of Chair Martin, the DNC certainly has been organizing everywhere so we can win anywhere.
Movement building is not ‘one size fits all.’ Instead, the DNC is building a diverse array of programs to reach all corners of the country. Here’s a few ways you can take action today to support Democrats:
Hear from Democratic leaders on what’s at stake: Join us TONIGHT, October 29 at 5:45 p.m., for a special conversation with DNC Chair Ken Martin, the DNC Organizing Team, Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill, former Congresswoman Abigail Spanberger, Governor Andy Beshear, Senator Andy Kim and more for an overview of what’s at stake and how you can get involved in supporting these critical races. Make calls with the DNC Call Crew: Democrats are calling voters across the country to engage supporters and mobilize for key elections this fall. Be a part of the national Call Crew and join us for a virtual phone bank!
Spread the word online: Having conversations about important issues and election deadlines is critical to getting voters to the polls. Spread the word online to make sure your friends and family are informed and ready to vote on November 4!
Volunteer in 2025 Election States: Across the country, Democrats need YOUR help to ensure we win decisively in the 2025 elections. From door knocking to supporting bilingual phone banks, every single volunteer effort makes a difference. Not in a state with an election? No worries! You can still support Democratic races in New Jersey and Virginia, no matter where you are.
From registering voters to coordinating campaigns, the DNC Organizing team has played a vital role in promoting Democratic victories this November. Every year is an election year, proving that organizing never stops!
The DNC’s Historic Investments Continue to Power Campaigns
The DNC is all hands on deck to support the most critical races in the country. Every dollar spent in this final sprint goes directly towards one goal: connecting with as many voters as possible and turning them out to vote. Check out a few of the ways this investment will support Democratic campaigns:
Hiring and deploying field staff across Virginia, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
Funding for voter contact efforts in the field.
Expanding our reach to key constituencies that we lost ground with in the November 2024 elections, such as Black, Latino, and AANHPI voters who make up a large share of New Jersey, Virginia, and Pennsylvania’s populations.
When we organize and share our democratic values, we win. And that’s exactly what these historic investments are for: to mobilize our national grassroots networks to compete with everyone so that we can win anywhere.

Candidates to Support
In the final 60 days of the election, the DNC is spotlighting 60 candidates who need our help to secure a victory in November. Zohran Mamdani is the Democratic candidate for New York City’s Mayoral race and is running to make the city affordable for all New Yorkers. Zohran serves as a New York State Assemblyman fighting for the working class and hopes to continue these efforts as Mayor. Beyond 2025
It is important to remember: every year is an election year! That’s why the DNC is prioritizing building lasting infrastructure and relationships with voters to make sure we don’t just win now, but long into the future.
We are working hard to establish a base of volunteers who are ready to hop on the phone or knock on a door year-round for issues we all care about.
We are also registering thousands of voters to make sure all elections, from county clerk to president, get the highest turnout possible. The DNC understands that voting is not just casting a ballot, but an important way to express your opinions.
And, of course, we’re listening to folks like you. Our town halls haven’t stopped, and won’t stop. While Republicans run away from Washington and hide from their constituents at home, we are proving we can show up and stay active to work toward a future for the people, by the people.
