You asked nonvoters what they want or need, but did you ask them why they failed to vote in 2024? Everybody seems to have an opinion about why voters sat out the election; you had the chance to ask them directly. I'd like to hear the results of that survey.

Good afternoon Shelby, ET All at the DNC.

T-68 and counting.

Thank you for the positive and promising update on the needed outreach to the electorate, and the successful implementation of the program.

Since April 2019, and in an accelerated, and with ten-fold increase in volume in the last 20 months, I conducted the same extensive and targeted outreach to the US electorate, sharing facts, data, and urging them to register/vote. I reached out to ~ 8,100 voters, with the bulk of the connections since 1/2025.

Please know that

I shared, repeatedly, summaries of the outreach feedback, analysis, and scalable suggestions, with the DNC, DSCC, DCCC.

Reached out to other Democratic groups, and candidates, including my Senators Schumer and Gillibrand, and Representative Gillen in NY 4.

Called, wrote, and replied to hundreds of surveys and solicitation for information, which I receive daily.

Participated in dozens of training and Certificates programs to better communicate with voters.

Applied to numerous positions, offering my extensive experiences in the study of history, politics, governance, elections and electorate.

Continue to reach out to voters, urging them to confirm their registration and to vote early.

Write frequent articles on Substack, Linkedin, and other visible platforms.

In the last 3 day alone, I reached out to 77 new voters.

Daily follow, read, and listen to many of the foremost journalists and political content creators on Substack and independent media.

And much more.

Unfortunately, I never received a call back/reply, except for sporadic form replies from candidates, with no correlation to my communications.

May I please ask, again, if we can schedule a very brief call with you, and/or one of your colleagues?

Shelby, I look forward to speaking with you.

Thank you.

Francesco
