✈️ $400M foreign jets or your access to affordable health care? Republicans made their choice.
Meanwhile Democrats are focused on what truly matters: delivering real results for working families across the country.
Welcome to this week's The Blue Print!
While Donald Trump is eager to accept luxury jets from Qatar and Kristie Noem is living out her reality TV producer dreams (disgusting), Democrats are focused on what truly matters: delivering real results for working families across the country.
Take Omaha, where last week, John Ewing Jr. made history by becoming the city's first Black mayor, defeating three-term Republican incumbent Jean Stothert. This win sends a clear message about the leadership Americans want. It doesn't involve private jets or prioritizing the interests of billionaires, but rather honest grassroots public service.
In case you missed it, May is our "Fight to Save Medicaid Month of Action". It's time for Republicans to step up and fight for their constituents, the people who put them in office.
Democrats understand the importance of programs like Medicare and SNAP, which provide crucial support to those in need. Last week, DNC Chair Ken Martin shared that, like millions of Americans, he also relied on Medicaid and SNAP growing up, and it made all the difference for his family.
We are committed to protecting the interests of working Americans. People who get up every day, go to work to support their families, and still need a hand. When Democrats fight for working families, we win, and I am glad to have you join us in this fight.
Here are three ways you can support the Democratic Party this week:

🚨ICYMI: DNC Paints Sky With “Qatar-a-Lago” Banner Blasting Trump for His Blatant Corruption
On May 15th, the DNC took to the skies to call out Trump for his blatant corruption and constant use of the presidency to enrich himself. The DNC flew a plane banner displaying “Welcome to Qatar-a-Lago” over Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort as a reminder that Trump has no loyalty to the American people, national security, or the Constitution — his only allegiance is to his bank account and his billionaire buddies.

You need to understand the difference between Medicare and Medicaid. You wrote the DNC Chair grew up on Medicare which was inaccurate - by his words it was Medicaid.
I tried to get in touch. Hard to do. https://open.substack.com/pub/hotbuttons/p/i-will-call-the-dnc-today?r=3m1bs&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=false
