Chair Martin's campaign promise was clear: to organize, recruit, and implement innovative grassroots strategies that empower Democrats in every state and territory — and that’s exactly what we’re doing. Hi everyone,
I understand why Congressional elections are important. What I’m specifically talking about are investments in state elections for seats on school boards, city councils and state legislatures, governors etc. to really stop all this chaos we need to pull the rug out from underneath the Republican Party. The DNChas been woefully absent in these elections.
i would have preferred to read more about the grassroots organizations who are making their voices heard. Also I would have liked at least a statement about the security situation following the use of a non-secure app to discuss military operations by the Trump administration. If we do not use the situations like this (and their threat to social security) we are not informing the public and giving them the information that they need. We are the party of national security, we are the party of social security, we are the party of civil rights and equality and democracy.
I’m also interested in seeing a more aggressive media campaign. I think the DNC chair should be making some noise. This is not ribbon-cutting business as usual.
What is the DNC doing besides cheerleading for itself after an abysmal election? Social Security is under threat and you have nothing to post except some fluff about the DNC chair’s first 50 days? You should be activating a campaign targeting people who are about to lose or experience indefinite delays to their benefits and make it clear whose fault it is. You should be standing alongside AOC and Bernie at their Fight Oligarchy rallies. There is not (a) single strong Democratic leader(s) speaking out with a cohesive message and strategy. It’s embarrassing.
The Dems who just voted to confirm Trump's Navy Secretary, John Phelan: Coons (DE) Cortez Masto (NV) Gallego (AZ) Hassan (NH) Hickenlooper (CO) Kaine (VA) Kelly (AZ) King (ME) Reed (RI) Rosen (NV) Shaheen (NH) Warner (VA)
Is the DNC committed to support for down ballot elections. Example, school boards, state houses etc
